Ksualtouch.com is pleased to announce several shipping options within Europe. The shipping cost is always a part invoice. At the time of order, we propose alternatives to the transportation costs involved.

Delivery times

Upon completion of the order, delivery time is 5 to 7 working days for delivery by courier, and 10 to 15 working days for mailing. Oxo Design is not responsible for any delay which may result in delivery and the delays which may occur will not lead to any compensation from us.

Shipping

We remind the recipient's legal obligation (Article 366 - Commercial Code), to check the goods at the time of delivery, and if there is a visible flaws never sign the good as conform, but according to claim immediate reservation through the carrier written the delivery of the carrier, and in case of hidden damage inside the package, make the claim during the next 24 hours, contacting Oxo Design SL. No claims are invalid thereafter. If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept it, and if rejected, you must inform us immediately.

Warranty

Oxo Design is not liable for breach of these conditions in cases of force majeure, as defined by Spanish courts and in the event of failure of the customer or an unpredictable event.
Apply security standards for 3M products. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects, not abuse, misuse, abuse or any other damage that might occur after the goods delivered at destination.

Disclaimer

Oxo Design SL will not be liable for any damages of any kind which may result from improper use of its products. Shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from the use thereof. Oxo Design SL reserves the right to modify the design or characteristics of the products without notice.

Quality Standards

We are interested in maintaining the quality and integrity of our site. If someone fails to comply with quality standards of the images, you may be right up your deleted files temporarily or indefinitely. The possibility for readmission will be examined case by case basis. Under these terms, you can not provide any of the following material or obtain any material through the Service:

• Any content obscene, pornographic, profane or be a threat.
• Any material that may violate privacy rights, publicity or copyrights without the permission of the owner of such rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) shown in the material; 
• All material submitted by an anonymous or false address.

If Ksualtouch.com is not responsible for the content of the images sent, we reserve the right to delete, move or edit the images that, at its discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyrights or trademarks or otherwise unacceptable.
